Are scammers, they are liars and the ripoff people through fraudulent billing. They took $150.00 from and enrolled me in a so called AP Program without my consent

I got an email about this so called Phentrazine 37.5 that Pure Energy Products was giving away as a free trial package to promote their amazing weight loss pill and was told that I would only have to pay $4.95 for shipping and handling. I thought it was cool and fair so I signed up for the free trial package.

I took one pill and had the jitters all day, my heart was racing and I was very shaky that whole day. I great stomach pains as well. Anyway, I stop using the pill because of that side affect.

So on 10/25/06 they debited my card for $149.95 which I never authorized. I never signed a contract or papers/agreement requesting to be in an AP Program and why would anybody enroll in something that hasn't been proven beneficial. If this was a trial package for free than why heck would I agree to pay $149.95 for a reoccuring supply.

Where the heck do they get off taking money out my account and enrolling me in a so called AP Program without my permission. I went to their site and submitted 3 tickets to their Customer Service Department and no one has replied. I called them and was forwarded to a voice mail that leads me back to usaveonpills.com/support to submit a ticket.

I am now going to file a dispute. This is crazy, dishonest and bad business. My bank will have to put a halt on all debits charged to my card, so that means any authorized debits you set up to come automatically out of your account for bills, etc. Will be interrupted. I am inconvenienced from PURE ENERGY PRODUCTS scamming.
