Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing took money from my account without my o.K. Las Vegas

I to, have been riped off by Grant writter Pro. They tell you, for a small fee they will give you this information about all of these places that will help you out financially. So to pay them this small fee, I gave them my personal financial information for the small fee. Once they had my information they go and take out more money, without my permission for a charge of $29.95. They then sent me a c.D. That I turned around and sent back to the on 9/16/06 by registered mail. They received it on 9/20/06 at 11:42 A.M. I have not heard a word or have not received a refund from them. What should I do to get my money back from these con-artists??
