I applied on a Government website for a grant for a small buisness. I was then contacted by a gentleman by the name of Daivd, who told me to give him my employer Identification number, once I had given it to him along with some more information about my buisness he then proceded to tell me I was approved, but I needed to send $480.00 to his grant writter by the name of Rachell Francis. Since then I have tried to call to verify that I was still elligable for the grant, but the phone was disconnected and I have wrote to rachell francis at 3131 McKinney Ave. Suite 600 Dallas TX, 75204 and have not recived anything back.in turn I have tried to contact First Financial USA bank and they have informed me they have not even heard of her. I was just trying to help my community pick up after a devastating EF5 tornado that destroyed most of my town, by providing more jobs to our community.
