I signed a contract to take 8 classes to learn a program concerning the stock market using the Fibonacci/Elliott Wave methodology. I was to take the classes then make six trades per month for six months, send in my brokers statements to them and if I had not made two times my tuition then I could get my tuition back, which was $3,150. Over and over they said, " How could you lose." But, this was before I signed the contract.

First of all, after I took my classes i realized that they only gave me the Fibonacci part of the training. I contacted then, got no response and proceeded with making my trades as I was under a time line. I sent in my trades and received an email saying I needed more classes and couln't get my money.

In essence they were right, since they were the ones that shorted my classes, but the contract called for eight lessons and they wanted more money for the rest of the classes. Then, they said their "expert" said some of my trades weren't valid, no explanation. The training says you only need a high/low to use the numbers. I had that. No where in the training did it state that the methodology would not work for certain trades. Their disclaimer says that your success depends on your experience and ability.

I admit my "ability" should have been better, but I was dealing with the Stock Market. I did everything the contract called for. I feel I deserve my money back as I did not make two time my tuition back, just like they promised.

They did offer me half my money back, but that is not what my contract states. I want all my $3,150.
