Misleading, No Costomer Service, No follow through ripoff

Like others have reported, My husband and I attended the 3 day seminar that was more like an infomercial than a seminar but were convinced to purchase other very expensive classes to further our education. We knew that there were probably other ways to learn this information but went with this company because of the personal attention that we were supose to be given. Our success was guranteed if we put in the effort to reach our goals that we had set and followed the system.

After enrolling in this set of 6 classes and a mentor program we were contacted concerning an elite coaching program that was starting where we would be coached at our convience. We were told that this would speed up our success and that we would have no problem paying off the credit card that we charged the 13,000 fee.
We did go through the entire coaching program and did learn trading rules etc. But most of what he taught could have been read in the coaching manuel that they sent. He did not assist us in live trades or in choosing stocks or in setting up any trades. He did and still continues to offer advice on specific trades that we come up with but his help has not made us successful we still have not made any money using the technique they teach.

We still are intitled to 5 more classes which we do not wish to take now (although we have tried to enroll in the next class —it has yet to be scheduled 8 months later) and are trying to get our money reimbursed but can not get a person to talk to in the costomer relations department.

This company has some good trading information but is overpriced, and misleading in their sales. They use smooth talk and dishonest sales techiques to get you to buy into their product and then do not deliver on their satisfaction guaranteed product. If any one out there has and idea as to how to get help let me know
