Ripoff - fraudulant unauthorized bank charges canceled months ago never recieved refund and now receiving bank charges

While checking my bank statement I saw a charge for $79.95 on Sept. 8 from Lean Rx. I called the number on my bank statement to see why they had charged my account without my authorization. At first I thought it was a mistake on their end as I should have had a refund.

For 3 weeks at different times I have called and left messages with the same recording heard each time. Now I'm concerned that their is fraudulent activity. I go to the internet to see if there is alternate contact info. I find out through usacomplaints.com.Com that other consumers are experiencing the same.

I called Lean Rx (my 8th or 9th call) and left this message: "I learned that others are experiencing the same unauthorized bank charges and I am contacting an attorney to see about a class action suit and will also contact the California Attorney General Office if I don't get a reply by Monday Sept. 25." I want my refund as they promised and my unauthorize charge of $79.95 credited back to my bank account.

Experiences like this discourage me from ordering anything from small companies. I ordered a "Menopause Solution" from Healthy for Life in Florida and they didn't refund me the whole amount. When I called them they said their was a 15% restocking fee which was not mentioned at time of order and it was not on any of the product pages. It was on a different page so if you didn't go through each webpage, you were not informed. I feel this is taking advantage of consumers.

Beach Body was another comapny that had rude customer service and did not do as they say. After several long distance calls and the company listening to the recorded tape from my order, they learned that I was not properly informed by the order taker. They said they would credit my account in 30-45 days. They had also taken another payment from my credit card after my cancellation. How is it that they can charge one's account right away but take weeks and months to give a credit. I can go to Target and have a credit show up in 2-3 days. It is true "Buyer Beware"!
