IW/Living Lean, Las Vegas, Nevada, Wu Yi Source, Ontario, California This company has ripped off my account for $179.00 so far!

I sent for some green Tea that was supposed to help lose wieght. I paid for it with my credit card, with the understanding that after 60 days or less if I wanted to return the product I could and would receive a full refund. After two weeks I knew that I had been scammed. So I called the customer service number that I had at that time and got a run around so I used their live chat feature on their web site and kept all and printed it out. I was told to return the box of product (tea) and my money would be refunded. It took me a while to actually send back the product but I did send it via registered mail and it was received and singed for.in the next bank statement their was a charge for IW / LivingLean, Las Vegas, Nv. With some code number behind it.

The first month I just thought it was something that my wife had purchased so I didn't do anything. After I noticed that this same company had charged our account for the third time I asked my wife if this was something she had signed up for and she said no it was not and that she had been meaning to ask me the same question. It took me a week or so to connect the Wu YI Source to the Living Lean charges. I wrote to them and emailed them asking them to stop the withdrawals and was again assured that I would not have anymore withdrawals from my account and that I would receive my refund for the original purchase.

That was a month ago, today my account was hit for another $19.95 and I have received no refunds. I am taking this to the Ohio Attorney Generals office on Monday and I am going to the bank and put a stop on the withdrawals. I don't know what else to do. I didn't sign up for "Living Lean". The only thing lean is my bank account.
