Charged my credit card for 29.89, never authorized it, nor did I ever here or purchase anything from them!

Noticed a charge I did not recognize on my credit card statement, so I called this company, & of course could not get through, left a message. They never retured my call, so I google searched this company & found many other people being ripped off also! So I immediately called Chase, my credit card co.& they credited my account&will send me a disoute form. They will also contact them.
