To whom it may concern,

I have tried to contact this people regarding a purchase that was returned in February. I was told to mail the watch which was paid for and under warranty to the following address cert. Letter Address: Steinhausen/AROA Market 12621 Encinitas Ave. Sylmar, Ca 91324. It was signed for by Nancy Zaragoza. They have no phone for us to call them. I have paid $250.00 dollars for this watch which is under warranty. We would appreciate if you could look into this matter. I will be connecting an attorney regarding this matter if the money is not refunded or a new watch is sent that is in working order. Monterey Financial Services P.O. Box 2669, Carlsbad, CA 92018 received all monies regarding this purchase; their phone number is (877) 399-6374. They keep given us the run around and give us phone numbers that don't exist. Could you please follow up on this and see what you can do regarding this matter? My Husband purchased this watch because he thought it was a wonderful piece.
