Ripped me off 18.95, that was the amount for overnight delivery, of course they didn't send it

I ordered diet pills from netcarepharmacies, I also ordered them for overnight delivery, so I should have gotten them the next day, then I seen a report against them, so I checked by account and found that $19.00 was missing, they had taken money out of my account after telling me that I send them the incorrect information, so they shouldn't have taken any money from my account, but they did, so they ripped me off $19.00.
