Rude, threatening language Ripoff

I was shocked to hear that so many people have problems with Vanderbilt. I thought I was the only one. Like everyone else, I am not financially secure. I have had numerous set-backs over the years. May husband has had several illnesess over the years and has missed quite a bit of work. The first time, they threatened me so much with foreclosure, that I took out a second mortgage with another company to pay them up to date. Now I am stuck with that large payment as well. I probably had no need to do this but they made it sound so convincing that I felt I had no choice. I also was threatened with a 5:00 deadline when I was just one payment behind that I pawned my wedding rings and my husband's favorite gun to make the payment. The second payment had come due but was not yet late. I thought in order to foreclose on someone that you had to be three months BEHIND not one payment behind and another one due. I have about 5 years left to deal with these people if I last that long - they continue to harass me, ridicule me, and threaten me. I wish someone would post here what our legal rights are as to foreclosure practices. I don't think I have even come close to foreclosure like they claim I have.
