I purchased 2 Motorola Razr phones as well as T-Mobile service contract with the offer/promise of a $150 rebate on each phone purchased.

I have filed the appropriate forms and paperwork 3 times, twice via USPS and once via FAX.in every case I am sent the same form letter denying my rebate request. They give no phone number on the letter, only a PO Box.

WARNING to all. Do not get sucked into this scam. I know there are lots of customers like me who have been cheated. Are there any lawyers out there with the guts to take these guys down?
