Ripoff... Drafted my checking account, even with cancellations within limitations

As i read about the report someone else had also been a victim... I cancelled all my free trials within the dates specified and e3ven with a Computer generated voice system, set up for cancellation procedure, plainly stated that I was totally cancelled and that I wouldn't be charged the fees that they charged me $149.00 and also $45.00, with the first unauthorized withdrawal it caused several checks to not clear with FG's unauthorized withdrawals. I did get the 149.00 back after sending my signature, but have been unsuccessful getting the 45.00 back. I'm still calling them to remind them they have not given back my money, that they stole out of my checking account.
