Ripoff 20% returns chain Lette

The company provided a address labels for 250 names of which 22% were returned to me as "being undeliverable" for a variety of reasons. After several unanswered emails, I blew it off. Today, I got another chain letter with their name on it, slightly changed, but the same phone number. After reading some reports in this forum, I believe this company actually starts these chain letters to drum up business. Beware!
