Oral Bright
OralBright ripoff, scam, fradulent billing

I received a free sample in the mail of this product, but had to pay shipping and handling. The product is junk. I then received a shipment in the mail from Oral Bright shortly after that. I was not expecting anything from them, so I immediately returned to sender unopened. I then called the company to ask them why I would get this shipment from them and what it was. They told me it was another Oral Bright kit. I told them that I did not order it and therefore sent it back. I told told then that after they received the package, they would credit my account the $49.95 that was charged to my credit card in 1 to 2 billing cycles.

I waited and nothing was ever credited. This happened back in January. I have since called this company 9 times in 7 months. I was hung up on twice. When I did get to speak to someone, I was told the same thing each time. "Your account is in refund status. I appoligize for any inconvenience they may have caused you. Don't worry, you will receive your refund." It was like a broken record. It was like they were trained to say these things to everyone.

When I called the last time on 07/24/06, I was told that they were sorry, but they could not refund my money according to terms and conditions. This is a company that is scamming humdreds of people and taking their money. They changed owners in March and this was part of their excuse why they could not refund my money.

I have talked to this company in January, February, March, twice in April, May, June, and twice in July. I have gotten no where with them. I just want my money back.

Please beware of this company who is completely ripping people off and they do not care. Something has to stop these people and we have to put this company out of business! Do not fall into their trap.
