I received an unsolicited e-mail from ORAL BRIGHT, a tooth paste company in Hurricane, Utah. Their web address is ORALBRIGHT.com. The e-mail offered a free sample of their product for $1.97 shipping charges only.in the order form there was an offer to send a three month supply for $49.50. If you did not accept this offer by clicking their button, you had to click another button that said, "No thanks, I like my cavities" I checked the "no thanks" button.

I received the sample. Hell, that tube will last me three months. Yesterday I got my bank statement and they have now charged my debit card $49.50. I have received no e-mail confirming such a charge, neither have I received any additional merchandise. This company is involved in a mass merchandising pyramid scheme. Check out their website and you will find you can be an online dealer for Oral Bright. The merchandise I received was shipped by a company I never heard of.

I have filed a complaint with the Internet Fraud division of the United States Justice Department. The lawyer that I talked to said he had a folder full of complaints but so far he has not found out who actually shipped the merchandise. I called Oral Bright on the phone and they said they did not know anything about my order or the charges.
