Unauthorized charges on my checking account ripoff

I requested a packet of information with regard to selling on EBay. Shipping charge was $2.95. I agreed but never received anything in the mail. I checked my checking account balance and realized that this company has charged my checking account for two more amounts: $59.95 and $29.95.

When I contacted my back with regard to this issue, I was advised to contact the company directly. If the company wouldn't issue a refund, then I could file a fraud alert with my bank. I have tried to call this company several times, but keep getting the message that the administrative office is closed. COMPLETE AND TOTAL RIP-OFF!
