On 10/31/08 I ordered a sample of liftSP, agreed to the shipping and handling charges, I did not agree to have auto shipments and auto deductions from my checking account. It said my CC acount would not be charged. I expected a sample, but received apparently the full size. On Nov 19 my account was charged $84.75. I went into my checking account and saw that, immediately called the company, had a reply they were closed for the thanksgiving, to call back saturday, which I did, and the message said to call between thehours of 9:30 and 4:30 weekdays. Now I have to wait until Monday Dec 1 to call them and hopefully get this charge off my account.
