Fraudulent billing for magazines I never ordered nor renewed

Several months ago, I got a threatening letter for a magazine that I had previously ordered but chose not to renew. I paid the amount and then found that they had renewed the magazine. I contacted the magazine who refunded my money.

The other day I got a threatening letter from them about a magazine that I never ordered.
