Sold Meal Vouchers for Orlando He Never Had and Promised to Deliver When He Got Them Then Proceeded To Hang Me Out Until It Was TOO Late To File A Claim With Paypal

William Floyd sold me meal vouchers for Orlando Florida in December and wrote that they were only good for 2006. He kept promising to deliver and then told me his computer crashed. It was too late to file a claim with paypal when he actually got back in touch with me because I opened a dispute with Ebay. Ebay contacted him and did nothing else. He has since ignored my emails and has cancelled my request for payment through Paypal. I have never received anything other than an Email account and am out $154.00. This is fraud and I would like to somehow get my money back. Heaven knows how many other people he has defrauded.
