Rips people off using Ebay BEWARE of too4hunden LIAR THIEF FRAUD!

I've had funds taken out of my account and returned to one Adrianne Rapisardi of galloway new jersey, although I pointed out to them both by email and phone that the item she purchased and was filing a FRAUDULENT CLAIM for was ineligible for protection according to THEIR OWN USER AGREEMENT.

They claim they investigate every report of fraud, but in fact, they don't do anything. I never even got a response until I filed with the BBB and they still won't honor their own terms!

Additionally, although I reported too4hunden and her suspicious behavior to ebay as she indicated my auction was not the only one she was bidding on... Ebay won't even acknowledge the reciept of an email from me and this liar is still conducting business as usual. She bid on and won my auction, then asked to be released from it claiming she thought the coupons were for 5 bottles of coke. This indicates to me that she was bidding on other auctions as well. I refused to release her from her bid contract, so she paid for the coupons.

The next day... After i mailed them... I was informed by Ebay that my auction had been removed and was null and void due to a listing policy violation. I got an email from this HAG demanding a refund. I already sent it... So of course, I refused her. Then she files the PAyPAl claim. PayPAl clearly states that gift certificates are ineligible under their policy, yet they claim that it is since I mailed it. Yet their policy does NOT say if I mail it then it becomes eligible. So I started snooping around and found that although this crazy FREAK made indication she was bidding on other similar auctions... There is NOTHING in her bid history. She bid on and probably won a whole buttload of auctions like mine, waited until they were mailed, and then reported them to force refunds and get free gift certificates and coupons.

What a B*CH! Now PayPAl gave her a refund after promising me a credit for the same amount. Guess what... No credit! Lying s.O.B.'s, every one of them!!! So... I'm out $12 bucks and she gets the coupons for free. I'm sure I'll never see them again. Fat b*ch!!
