Ripoffs, scam artist, false promises, fast talkers, liars, liars, liars

My husband and I were looking to start a home based business back in Jan. 2006. He had just taken an early retirement due to a heart condition and I had just been layed off from my job of eleven years. About the last week in Jan. We were contacted by a fast talking sales rep from Save Avenue. She told us I'm not going to lie to you and tell you your going to get rich but I am going to tell you that you will make a nice living at this on average most people will earn up to 1000.00 a month. Are you interested in making up to 1000.00 a month Laureen and Gordon without ever having to leave your home, and of course we said yes.

She said great now here's how it works. Our pakages start at 795.00 and here's what you get 100 search engines and 1 affiliate, but for 1200.00 more you get 200 mailers, 500 search engines and more. So we bought the whole package, what a mistake. We have been up and running since the first week in Feb. And have only had 1 sale a family friend. We were guaranteed 5000 hits over a 1 year period and have had about 1800 and not 1 sale. I believe they took our 2000.00 dollars and did nothing for us I believe that they are some how electronically generating hits, and that no actual people are ever getting to my store. I have made numerous calls to this company to log many complaints.

I have spoken to a Paul Howard President of the Company, Corey Walker, and numerous customer service reps. And they all tell me the same thing give it time and are you doing all that you can do to advertise. The anwser is YES, YES, YES. I am at my witts end at this point I just want my money back and they tell me I cant get it back until my year is up and that will only be the 795.00 not the 1200.00 that was used for advertising. (BULL) So my advice to any 1 that reads this is don't make the same mistake we made STAY CLEAR OF SAVE AVENUE THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST THAT MAKE YOU THINK THAT IF YOUR NOT MAKING MONEY IT IS YOUR FAULT ONCE AGAIN (BULL)
