I purchased the Winning in the Cash Flow Package from a TV commercial. Several days after getting it, I got a call from Dalbey Education to sell me a Coaching program that was "guaranteed" to work, making it much faster to earn money. The price went from 5000, t0 2995 as soon as I told them I couldn't afford it. They also offered me a Marketing program that was another 1000, but at the time I said no. Several weeks later they called back offering it for half price, 500 if I signed up right away. After getting the so called programs noticed they were nothing more than than the original program reworded and slightly changed. I never got any coaching, but did receive several calls trying to sell me more programs. Shortly after I was taken ill (I am disabled and and had several medical problems at the time I purchased this) and had not done anything with the programs until after the new year. The programs were terminated in May. I then called them and demanded my money back but was told that was not possible and they instead reinstated my programs and updated them to the "new and improved" ones. Shortly after in June the website was down, as well as the coaching lines and email. I sent several emails and got no response. They are truly a scam as their 100 % guarantee wasn't honored.
