Misled on second product (now know 1st product also). I paid for the first which was a septtic treatment & now am faced with a bill for a drain cleaner. I have called the company & spoken with 2 different people whom assured me that the manager would call me back. When he didn't; (better late than never) I looked them up on the internet & found you!
