Wrongfully put me in 3 credit bureaus do to there mistake the business that doesn't give a dam

I took out a first morgage in Jan/01. Never missed a payment or late. When i recieved my statement for june/01 payment it stated, my next payment was due in aug/01. I called and asked them what about july's payment. They informed me that i was ahead 1 months payment and it probably happened when my acc. Was adjusted and 1 extra payment was made when i first took out the morg. From there on i continued to make my payments directly through my bank online which automatically come out on the 23th of each month.in feb/02 olympus contacted me and said i didnt pay my morg. For that month. I have all statements from my bank proving otherwise. Never has my bank been late making my morg. Payment online. I wrote many lettes to confirm this with olympus in which they still (with proof of payment cannot find our payment) Therfore they did a serch and realized back in june/01 they applied someone elses payment to my acc. Thats why it showed i was ahead 1 payment in july/01 (their error) they dont think so. I made the payment to adjust my acc. Due to their error and asked for a letter of appoligy and mistake made by them.instead, they put me in 3 credit bureaus and charged me all kinds of late fees for all those months. They say that we were late 3 different occations in which we were NEVER LATE. They refuse to correct these false statements in which i have bank statements to prove otherwise. Im now refinancing to get rid of these evil people and my credit is bad now because of olympus servicing. How can i get these people to fix this problem so i can have my credit back. They are the rudest people i have ever had to deal with. Please help!!! Thanks so much
