Fraudulent billing from fruadulent company, ripoff

I responded to a weightloss e-mail, "Ephedrine Is Back!" on the night of 03/02/06. The web-site Metabofuel1000 was brought forward. The company was offering a 30 day supply of their product for free, just pay shipping and handling. No auto-ship or cancel in x amount of days. I ordered my free bottle and received it over the course of two weeks.

On 03/29/06 this company took it upon themselves and we into my account and took out $106.82. I tried calling the company only to receive a recording and something about oralbright. I left message after message. No one called back.

I then went to my bank for help on 03/31/06. After getting my bank involved (keep in mind the dates) on 04/19/06 a package comes in the mail. I started calling again, but this time the recording gave another contact number for metabofuel1000.

The next call was a waste of time. The limited english speaking rep was no help. I explained to this person the situation, but was told that, I misunderstood their terms. I told them to e-mail or mail or fax me a copy of the agreement I signed to, but was told that information could not be provided. I told him the $106.82 was an unauthorized withdrawal, and he told me they were going to charge me an additional $199.00. I hung up on him because he would not let me get a word in otherwise.

My bank advised me to send the second product back by certified mail and let them handle it. I will be filing with the state of Utah as well.
