AHS ripoff, dishonest, does not repair, slow, denies claims Rockwall Texas

Do yourself a favor if you purchase a home, and do not get a home warranty policy through AHS! They are quick to sell you these policies and say that you are protected and can have items replaced in your home if they break. Well, when it comes down to it, they send incompetent contractors to your home who 'band-aid' the issue and never really fix anything.in two years, AHS has sent out contractors for our A/C unit 7 times. The service fee is $45 per call. So we have spent $315 on service calls, plus the annual premiums for 2 years on our policy... Over $1000 for "protection". We are now on our 8th time with A/C. It has been 100 degrees in Dallas this past week. We are going to pay for a new unit ourselves since AHS will not do so. As such, the amount of money we paid to AHS would have been a hell of a down payment on a new A/C unit 2 years ago... And we would not have to go through this crap 3-4 times every summer. AHS is a JOKE! Do not use them.
