Ripoff

This company has charged my CC $29.95 on June 1. I have never ordered anything from them. After several attemps I was able to get hold of them and they told me that I have signed for some kind of monthly program which I never did and that they will not reverse the charge. My main concern is that they appear to have all the required information my address, phone number, CC info, etc.

I suspect they are frudulent getting this information from some where as I have not used that specific CC for sometime. I believe that the authorities should investigate this company based in the many complains of ripp off.
