Ripoff cancellation charges, you are responsible for removing equipment

I am moving to a location where there is an association and dishes are not allowed. Upon notifying Dish network that I would not be renewing, they informed me that I am responsible to return a portion of the dish which they installed on the roof of a three story peaked roof and that if I did not erturn the part, I would be charged for this part, however, if I did renew there would be no charge! What a ripoff!

I will never use Dish Network again and I will make it my business as a realtor and underwriter to warn my clients of this ripoff so that they will not fall prey to dish.
