Ripoff, took deposit, not dependable, said they would return yet to receive, never answer phone calls or emails can you say Lawsuit Richardson, Texas

I was contacted by Lou Korb, a sales representative of American World Van Lines after doing an online quote. He talked a good game and made everything seem wonderful. I decided to go with that company. I faxed my acceptance form and card information. All the sudden no one could find it. I then decided if this company is loosing my info, I need to find another company.

I had already sent in my info for the deposit. They took $480 for the deposit, right after I said I would no longer be interested in using them. I continued to call about my deposit being refunded and nobody had any answers. I asked for the presidents info Daniel Bruce, no one would give me any info and said contact Megan Fredrique. She never responded to my calls. I emailed her she then said I would see the refund on my next billing statement. That was April 6. Today is May 16 and no refund. The company has no answers, she won't respond to emails or calls.

Please do not use this company they are a scam!!! Its now hard to trust people. They give other moving companies bad reps cause you don't know who to trust.
