Jack Abraham, Precious Gem Resources Ripoff Extortion and theft of services, we built a website worth over 100,000 and he refuses to pay. Posted nasty message on his URL

Our company built a website for preciousgemresources.com after building and tearing down the work three times according to emails and calls from Jack Abraham we were not paid. When we told him based on the increase in work product he would have to pay a fair price for the work he told us he would give us a lead for a $150,000 Website

This site is comparable to gucci.com and is actually a triple Website, not just one but three sites in one. A Flash movie done by hand, an information site and a catalogue.

We told Abraham he is asking for a site worth over $100,000 and he told us "Don't do this to me... I told you I am giving you a contract for $150,000 for a friend". He did nothing of the sort, in fact when we demanded that he pay for the additional work he asked for he said he understood it would cost more than what he paid which was according to him $21,500. We have it as less.

In any event anyone that understands IT would know that a site such as http://69.94.77.150/ is worth well in excess of $100,000. Now on top of stealing the work, he called our Delhi offices to demand that we give him the source code for free if we wanted him to delete the nasty message he posted to ruin our good reputation on his now defunct site at www.preciousgemresources.com. That is extortion.

Extortion is a criminal offense, which occurs when a person obtains money, behaviour, or other goods or services from another by wrongfully threatening or inflicting harm to this person, reputation, or property. Euphemistically, refraining from doing harm is sometimes called protection. Extortion is commonly practiced by organized crime groups.

Now we asked him to remove that sign, so he called India and spoke with Raj Lonsane and told him that I am a pimp, and that he is just an Indian. Abraham was born in Afghanistan so I think calling someone from India names is pathetic.

He stated that since the work was done in India he did not want me as a sales agent in the US to earn any commission. Abraham came to my home office and spent three hours here telling me (along with his son in tow) that he wanted certain work to be done. The next day I sent him an email and he did not protest to the work we understood was what he wanted.

After we completed that work he wrote again to demand that we tear it down and rebuild from scratch.

Please contact me about this it is really hurting our company badly since he did not even pay for the cost of our work. This guy happens to be my brother-in-law and I never knew he was an evil person. I guess that true evil (as in the movies) is not easily spotted because people like him put on a great show of kindness — until you get close to them.
