Switchdoctor Beware of Mark's Scam! When returning your switch he would act as if he did not recieved it!

I ordered a master window switch from switchdoctor.net. I process the order for a 1994 Honda Civic, but when I recieve the item it was for a Honda Accord. I immediately called Mark Abraham and he told me the process to return the item. He clearly stated not to send back with a signature request cause he can't sign and accept. He stated to send in original box and return within 30 days. I also had to respond via internet via his website. I mailed the package back vis post office and called Mr. Abraham several times to see if he got the product. Mr. Abraham began acting as if he didn't know what who I was. He said he never got the product. I called him back he and told him the post office delivered the package Friday November 12. He wanted the tracking number. I told him his concern should be to process me my refund. He got the product and trying to act as if he didn't. I could show proof I don't have the product cause my window switch is still broken with the original part intact!!! Mr. Abraham hung up on me and was very rude and if he was laughing that he rip off another customer. I know times are hard, but to rip off innocent customer is only going to cause him to loose customer and his business by operating in bad faith!!! Avoid this company!!!
