Ripoff who is EDP Reporting and how did they get my information? Edpreporting.com

I received a letter from my Credit Union today, informing me that 'when using the internet to initiate EFT payments, make sure you are entering the correct account number format for the type of account.' Now, keep in mind that I know my account number and routing number. I have both on a card. However, the Credit Union said that I had entered it wrong. How can I do that when I have them right in front of me? Someone is ripping me off for $159.95, and the phone number on my Transfer report from the Credit Union is from EDP Reporting. I tried calling the number several times, and all I get is an automated message saying everyone is busy right now.

Then I was looking online for EDP Reporting, and Dish Network came up, so I called my phone company, thinking that perhaps the lady I had spoken to from Dish Network had pushed my information through before it was completed. Well, the phone number came up as something in California.

Then I was looking further tonight, and saw that this has happened before. If this is something I accidentally did, then something on the Internet needs to be changed. People like this cannot get away with robbing people. A confirmation notice should have been sent to my email address before any money was taken out. This way, accidents would not happen, or fraud, as the case may be.
All I know is that these people have screwed with my personal account, and I don't know how or why. Companies like this always say 'You have to read the fine print.' Well, when money is involved, you should be able to clearly see it.
As far as I'm concerned, I have been ripped off, and I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
