Ross at Aaron and Gold makes this sound much easier than it really is. He requires a $99 to offer the service he does for others. After giving this $99 he puts so many restrictions on you and wants you to do it his way or no way. He has had many people that have tried it and quit. If you don't produce the amount of leads that he wants, he takes it upon himself to terminate you without refunding any of your money that he makes you pay to him in the first place.

He requires you to get a 800# that he makes you pay for, and you have to get it through the service that he orders it from even if you can get it cheaper somewhere else.

He requires you to sit at home taking "phone calls" even if there are not any calls coming in. If you say there are not any coming in, he says that is part of the job and that you have to be available at all times.

If you find someone else to help take the calls for you so you can do other things for another income, he becomes very upset and says it is your business not theirs, you should not be having someone else take the calls.

He requires you to get all these post cards using his template only, and tells you that you are not to print them from home. You have to get them done professionally at a cost of 50-75 cents/each.

The records he wants are a pain in the butt, and even if you cannot get them for free at the courthouse, he expects you to get them.in my area, you have to pay $20 just to see them. His response was so? For a sucessful lead, you have to expect to send out at least 300-500 lead cards, of which YOU are paying for the postage. 300-500 cards for one phone call then there is no guarentee anyone will call. You get $250 for the sale. That breaks down to about 50 cents per card. Broken down after postage and cost of cards, you're getting about 5 cents per card.
