Do Not Buy Memory Cards From PQI Memory If You Treasure Your Memories Sells bad memory cards and lost my pictures. And will ignore you when you contact them USA, CANADA, TAIWAN, JAPAN, HONG KONG

I purchased 2 1 GB SD Cards in September for my digital camera when my mother went to Italy on vacation.

The card has given me so many problems ever since I bought it.

I lost all of the precious memories on stored on the card, everytime I use the card it will freeze and I get errors saying "card cant be read" I tried to format the card, use it on different computer, card reader and
different camera with same errors on BOTH cards. I lost so many pictures from my trip I can never have again, I also lose my documents I use for school.

The website says that they have Lifetime warranty. The company requires that you fedex the cards to them with tracking and insurance.

The cost of buying new better quality cards is cheaper.

I emailed them February 25th and they ignore the emails I write and just reply with a link to their website and to read the warranty service.

They have very bad customer serivce. One employee named An Duong tried to call me but I was not home. When I tried to contact him to get me to call back he responded saying he was not going to help me or email me anymore.

This company has shown the poorest customer service I have ever seen. Why should I pay for shipping when it is not my fault that these cards are defective.

The cards shouldnt of even passed quality control and they require me to fork out even more money.

I would rather buy better cards.

Please save yourself the time and do not buy from this company.

I am so upset because of this situation.
