Ripoff artists with an attitude

In February, I received a post card from Liberty First Financial, with the offer of a guaranteed grant. I called the number on the card, and was told that I was definitely eligible, but they would have to run it past the supervisor, and call me back.
They called back, told me again that I was eligible for a guaranteed grant, in the minimum amount of $5,000.00. They got my account information, and promised to wait until March 3 to withdraw the funds, as I am on disability and only get paid once a month.
They withdrew the funds, total of $299.99, before the first of March, causing me an overdraft charge. They then waited a full 60 days to send my "packet". I received it at the Post Office on May 1.
What I received is a cover letter telling me to "start filing those applications and questionnaire!!!", a 15 page book, which is their questionnaire, and a return envelope with no postage, not pre-addressed.
On the last page of this booklet, is a REFUND POLICY. It states "By purchasing this program, Customer is entitled to receive from us a detailed analysis of public assistance programs he may qualify for...".
It also states, same page, "... Our company does not guarantee that all of its customers will qualify and/or receive at least $5000.00 in government grants or other benefits..."
I called the company's toll free number on May 03, to question this. After all, that $5000.00 minimum grant, was what I was promised up-front. I got a young girl that, as soon as I said "I have a question", answered with "Look, do you want help, or not?" I said yes, but I have a question. She said "Hey, do you want help, or not?" I asked "Is there a reason for you to have an attitude? I'm just trying to ask a question." She said "You're right, there's not a reason. Have a nice day", and hung up on me.
I called back, and got a man on the line, who had an even worse attitude. I asked if there was a supervisor there. He said "Yeah." I asked if I could speak to the supervisor, and was told "The supervisors don't take phone calls." I explained to him that I used to work as a secretary, and I know supervisors DO take phone calls. He said "Not here, they don't."
I told him, "If I don't speak with a supervisor, I will just contact the Attorney General's office, and let them deal with this matter." His response was, "Do whatever the f& you have to do." and hung up on me.
I really do not feel this is the way a legitimate business would be run. They lied up front, then were extremely rude and hateful when I questioned that lie. Actually, I never even got to ASK my question. Says RIP-OFF to me!
