SCHSTORE ripoff poor customer service no communication fraud fraud fraud

I have the following to say about this company i ordered two (2) rings totaling over $400 dollars 1carat a piece. Order was said to been shipped out on feb 23 it said 7 to 14 business days its now may 1 and still I havent recieved my items. I called the customer service department and was told im going to have wait another 30 days before they can file a refund i have plenty of patience but this is quite ridicoulous!!! I've been given the run around I have recieved two or three bills for other merchandise I have ordered but no rings. Who would keep sending a company money knowing they already rip me off in the past you might but im not going send them anymore money!!! Until this matter is resolved I waited patiently before I filed this report but after seeing the other rip off reports filed against this company I feel like I had to say something its sad but true Im still waiting I will update this report as soon as they get back to me!!!
