Providian
Ripoff never took my Payment off my account fraud dept no response mistreated and ripped off

I asked providian to provide me with the following information:
1. A report from the fraud deptn (never recieved)
2. A credit to my accounts each in the amount of $156.00 (never recieved)
3. A report of these charges (never recieved)

I have abig problem with paying something i don't owe!

I tried several occassion on trying to get this matter resolved and i'm still waiting but you still insist on sending me these bills.

What does it take for me to get the correct response from you guys.

I tried talking over the phone with you people and the are so nasty it doesn't make any sense all these phone call and every time they call they all talk to you like your crap.

That is a insult to me.
When your in customer service and you want to get something resolved you don't taunt people the way you guys do.

I never heard of a customer service person calling and talking to any body they way your customer service has. Telemarketers get more respect.

In ending i hope this mattter gets resolved, because i 've had it with providian.
