Ripoff scam Fake Phony Alert 13900 Jog Road

OnlineRewardCenter.com advertised a free Resperator (including shipping) if you joined their site & selected & paid for 2 gift items. I fulfilled my obligation in early April, so tonight I went to their site to check the status of the Resperator. They now say that I have to select & pay for 8 gift items. What a ripoff/scam.
Please alert people to this & take any action you can. I trusted them & felt they would fulfill their part of the agreement.
