Edp charged fees to my saving account with out my consent
i called my bank to get an balance and my bank told me that i had some fees on my account that does not suppose to be there

I called that number to ask them to remove these fees off this account and credit my account back the $90.00 i called the bank back this morning to see have these fees been removed and the bank told me no they havent, so please help me if you can thank you
