Usa credit is a scam dont go near or you will be charged $149.95 ripoff

USA CREDIT tried to get $149.95 out of my account but I didnt have money in there now I have to pay all kinds of bank fees. I never once gave them permission to go into my saving account but they did. Are they going to pay these bank fees?
