Ripoff Useless Degree

As a former student of AIU Online I'm here to tell you. Get out of this school any way you can.

I completed my bachelor's degree in IT with AIU Online in Dec 05 and was looking at starting my master with them this month. However after crunching the numbers I would not have been able to pay what they were asking for the program.

Then thinking that hey I have a degree, maybe I'll just enroll in a masters program with another school that does not charge as much. So off I went to my local Navy College office only to find out that as far as the Navy is concerned I have a degree but as far as other colleges are concerned I don't even have a pot to piss in. Basically I just wasted the last two years of my life and thousands of dollars out of my own pocket book, GI Bill, Grants, and loans for nothing.

Hopefully I can find a good college that will be kind to me and not make me start over from square one in getting my degrees.

Sorry to crush anyone else's hopes with this college but I felt the truth needed to be put out there.

Any ideas on how I can recoup my losses would be great.
