AIU Online
Accredited... Im Sure Obtained my "Degree" now I have to go to school all over again!

I went to AIU a little over a year ago. I had just moved out of my house and was looking to obtain a degree, while being able to work full-time. I found AIU Online, which advertised as a great school, and an ACCREDITED school. The school was farley easy, and hard to take seriously, but they keep you in that relm of thinking that they are a REAL college.

Well I obtained my Associates Degree, and am looking to become a teacher. To become a teacher, it dosen't look good to go to an ONLINE college, so I am currently going to attend Brooklyn College. Much to my surprise, pretty much NO COLLEGES accept CREDITS from AIU, they will recognize the DEGREE, but they will not accept the CREDITS. So all in ALL I have to go to school for another 4-5 years (starting as a freshman), while being in $45,000 debt to all of AIU's student loans.

I am looking to SUE AIU because they ruin peoples lives by putting them in tremendous debt while not giving what they are supposed to.
