These people lie when you call them. They tell you their product is non refundable even when it does not work. There is no guarantee that it will do anything except empty your wallet. I have learned one thing there is no such thing as a free sample. I returned the shipment they first said they received it and my money would be refunded. After a week I called again and they said they did not receive it and no refund would forthcoming. My fault for not asking for a return reciept. Dealing with these people has taught me a lesson I will not soon forget learn from my stupidity.
