Email cancelation conviently not recordered, unauthorized shipment and billing Ripoff Vernon Hills Illinois

This company really needs to be taken to court! After recieving the first trial kit, I immediately sent them an email canceling my membership. The lipstick smelled like modeling clay and the perfume smelled like cheap pee. The "anti-age" products were so perfumed they would make anyone sick. I sent this info in my email and did not recieve a response or mis direction from the webmaster. This was on April third.

Again, I ended up joining this as part of the My Points community and I plan to send them an email to let them know about this "partner".

This morning I checked my account and found a 44.00 charge from them. I was fuming. I called their 1 800 number and spoke with a very nice rep who told me my account had net been cancelled but that she would do so.

She advised me to return the unexpected kit of beauty trash and to fax and mail a refund request to their corporate office.

She also told me that if my account was overdrawn as a result of this mistake, they would reimburse me after I sent proof. Oh sure! I will not be getting overdrawn because I am aware of the damage but I cannot pay some of my bills as a result of this so I have suffered damage because of this "mighty Corporation".

I truly hope someone has the fortitude to file a class action suit against this company as this is blatent theivery!
