Unauthorized shipments and charges to debit card AFTER I cancelled account and asked that charge number be removed ripoff

I received my first Cosmetique shipment and decided it was GARBAGE so less that 24 hours after I received the package I called Customer Service and asked that my account be cancelled and my debit card number be removed from their records. This phone call took place on July 3.

July 14 I received a second package with an invoice stating that they charged another $24.90 to my debit card on July 5. I immediately called Cosmetique. Although I tried to be very nice to Sarah and Rebecca (cst svc reps) they were not helpful at all. So I asked to speak to a supervisor and I ended up with Sarah (sound familiar? Her voice certaintly did) and she gave me the same run around. So then I proceeded to ask for the manager and ended up with RJ (or was it JR). He was as bad as the rest.

Everyone's lame excuse was something about it had already been in line to ship before I called on the 3rd and the Rep I spoke to that day didn't inform me of this because their computer system does not have that capability. They refused to give me my money back so I requested they overnight me a shipping label so I could have proof that they received the package. Yeah right. That's not one of their capabilities.

I put the package back in the mail that same evening and of course they still do not have it. I am DEFINITELY going to the bank tomorrow to dispute this and I can only hope that this company will be sued and convicted of fraud.
