Ripoff fraudulent promises im suing in my local court

I was contacted on 4/14/06 from a rep from this so called company, At that time i was promised a $500 loan, there would be $129.95 fee charged after i got the loan.

On 4/17/06 i check my bank account and to my surprise no $500 loan but rather $129.95 stolen

I called the number listed and waited about 30 minutes, i explained what was going on and she said they do not offer payday loans and they have no record of charging my bank account.

Well the number i called is the one listed on the charge, i then started to investigate and i came acrossed the Whois info for the domain. The registered owners phone number is a cell phine that never works so i did one better and went to the website listed as there main corporation (CubisFinancial.com) i called there and left a very detailed message 7 times now with no response the last time was a 24 return my call or i sue

They didnt return my call so i filled fraud charges with my bank and local police and tomorrow im filing a civil suit for $1,000, 000 in osceola county court House Florida

I will update here on the progress, but i can tell you if you win in civil court nothing says that they will pay but you can put a lien on everything the company owns including the bank accounts and all financials (or so im told)

That would be pretty good thing because then they couldnt charge anyone and steal there money and have no record of it
