ROADSIDE PLUS Fraud, Organized Crime Ripoff

I recieved a debit on my bank account from a company that I had never heard of. I checked usacomplaints.com an SURE ENOUGH there had been others reporting the same thing. They took $21.95 out of my bank account without my EVER signing up for their services-whatever they are. I tried calling the number on my bank report and it is continually BUSY. I am going to go to my bank to fill out a report on Monday April, 17. I have already talked to my bank about this. The charge on my bank statement was in progress and the full charge had not come through yet. After I go to the bank, I am calling the Plattsburgh, Oregon police. Oregon is on the West Coast. Their 866 number says they are on the East Coast.
This is organized crime, folks.
