Roadside MedRx ripoff Fraudulantly obtained money from my Checking Account

I was called at work on 3/23 by my wife. She informed me that a withdraw on our checking account took place. The amount was $21.95. I asked her to contact the bank and find out where the withdraw came from. They stated that it was Roadside Plus Med Rx. My wife looked on our online bank statement and a phone number was present. She contacted the phone number and talked to a representative and they stated that I did an application online around the beginning of the month. I work for the a Government Agency, a member of the Armed Forces, and receiving VA disability benefits. I don't need any extra prescription assistance. I have never heard of this Company before.

I contacted the Company myself, and asked to speak to a supervisor. I was then disconnected. I called back and requested again to speak to a supervisor and the person transferred me to someone else. I explained this to the woman and demanded my money to be refunded back into my account. She stated that she couldn't do that and insisted that I had filed an application early March.

Company's or a group of people need to be prosecuted for this. This might sound crazy, but I'm thinking that It's a small group of people. Another concern that I have is that paydayok.com contacted me via mail about 2 weeks ago and indicated that there was a "leak" of my personal information and offered a free credit report.
