CSM ripoff

I was contacted by Eric at CSM advising I qualified for a $5,500 grant, which was guaranteed. The catch was there was a one time fee of $349.00. I was told that within 21 days I would receive my paperwork and with 72 hours after receiving the paperwork the money would be deposited into my checking account. It has now been 31 days and I have received nothing.

What can I do to get my money refunded?
